Welcome to the Help Desk of Chancellor University.
The Help Desk is envisioned to be a starting point for all issues the Students, Faculty and Staff may experience with their technology. In conjunction with the Knowledgebase, the Chat session and the Support center, the Help Desk provides a complete set of tools for helping users. The content of the Knowledgebase will constantly be updated with new and relevant articles, manuals, "how to" cheat sheets and more.
* In order to utilize the services of the Help Desk, please login with your username/password credentials from the Chancellor email system. Do not add @chancelloru.edu to the username.
* If you do not have an account, please create a Help Desk account prior to opening a support request.
* Help Desk support is offered on a SLA basis, providing prompt services to all registered users. Certain situations will be covered on a limited basis. No external hardware will be supported.
* Hours of operation are 9 am to 9 pm EST.
